Avelon PW Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy

This Policy describes the processing of personal data when using Avelon PW services: the website, forum, account area, game client and servers, support service and the project's Telegram bot.

By using Avelon PW services, the user confirms that they have read this Policy. Where consent is required for a particular type of processing, it is requested separately.

Depending on the features used, the following data may be processed:

• account data: login, email address, password stored in protected form and account identifiers;
• game data: characters, game progress, statistics and actions necessary to operate the game and handle support requests;
• forum and chat data: nickname, posts, comments and messages, including voice messages where that feature is available;
• information submitted to support and materials attached to a request;
• technical data: IP address, connection time, client version and information about errors and security;
• when linking the Telegram bot — Telegram ID, username and notification settings;
• when using payment features — transaction information necessary to carry out and confirm the transaction.

Data is processed to:

• create and protect accounts and provide access to the game and other services;
• save game progress and enable game features;
• support the forum, chats and notifications;
• respond to requests and help resolve users' problems;
• maintain security, detect rule violations and protect services against abuse;
• process payments when the user uses the relevant features;
• comply with legal requirements.

Depending on the specific purpose, processing may be based on the user agreement, the user's consent or legal requirements.

Nicknames, messages and other materials that the user posts in public sections of the forum or chat may be visible to other users. Game nicknames, rankings and statistics may also be displayed in game and web interfaces according to the project's features.

Do not post personal data, whether your own or someone else's, in public sections.

To operate the services, data may be processed by service providers responsible for hosting, server protection, communications, notifications and payments. Data may also be provided to public authorities where required by law.

Data is not sold to third parties for their own advertising.

The website may use cookies necessary for authentication, saving preferences and protecting accounts. Disabling cookies in the browser may affect certain features.

Technical data generated when using the website and game is used to establish connections, diagnose errors and maintain service security.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the services, fulfil the purposes of processing and comply with legal requirements. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymised, except where further retention is required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.

Users may request information about the processing of their data, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected or request deletion where there is no legal basis for further retention. Where processing is based on consent, users may withdraw that consent.

To submit a request, contact Avelon PW support. Information linked to the account may be required to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.

Measures are applied when processing data to protect it against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.

Minors should use the services with the consent of a parent or legal representative where such consent is required by law.

The Policy may be updated. The current version is published on the Avelon PW website and takes effect on its publication date.
