General Provisions
- The project provides the opportunity to make voluntary support payments in exchange for in-game bonuses.
- Payments are not a purchase of physical goods. All contributions go to the development and support of the project.
- All payments are voluntary and do not constitute the purchase of tangible goods.
- After making a payment, the player receives bonuses in the form of virtual currency (“gold”) on the User Panel.
- All bonuses are digital, non-tangible items, credited instantly to the User Panel after a successful payment.
- All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases of technical error on the part of the project.
- Attempting to deceive or roll back payments may result in account blocking without refund.
- Payments do not provide immunity from account blocking, and the account can be disabled for violation of the rules without compensation of funds.
- The response time for a ticket created by a user in the server Discord related to refund issues due to technical errors is 48 hours.

- What should I do if I made a payment and the gold didn't arrive?

- According to our policy, refunds are not made for received virtual values, except for technical errors on our part or where required by applicable law.
- What exactly am I paying for?
- You are supporting the project’s development and, in return, receiving in-game bonuses (virtual, non-tangible items).
