Public Offer — User Agreement

This public offer (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) is an official offer issued by the Administration of the Avelon 136 game project (hereinafter, the “Administration”) and sets out the terms governing the use of the game server, website, forum, launcher, and other project services.

General Provisions

• 1.1. Avelon 136 is a non-commercial online entertainment project created for informational and gaming purposes.
• 1.2. The project is not an official server operated by the copyright holder of the original game and does not claim ownership of the copyrights to the original materials.
• 1.3. By using any project service (including account registration, logging into the game, or using the website, forum, or launcher), the user confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
• 1.4. If the user does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they must stop using the project.

Account Registration

• 2.1. Account registration is voluntary and free of charge.
• 2.2. The user is fully responsible for keeping their account credentials secure, including their username and password.
• 2.3. The Administration is not responsible for loss of access to an account caused by the user or third parties.

Paid Services

• 3.1. All donations constitute voluntary support for the project and are non-refundable.
• 3.2. Purchased in-game bonuses, items, or services are not real-world goods.
• 3.3. The Administration may modify or discontinue paid services without compensation.

Amendments to the Agreement

• 4.1. The Administration may amend this Agreement unilaterally.
• 4.2. The current version of the Agreement is published on the project's official resources.
• 4.3. Continued use of the project after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Final Provisions

• 5.1. All disputes are resolved by the project Administration.
• 5.2. This Agreement takes effect when the user begins using the project.
